clean and big apartment and best possible location. it was located in a good area in the area.

short drive away from parit fall. golden hills local bus stop was a short walk to the apartment.

There was lots of places to explore, including parit falls nearby. Situated in a quiet spot. You can use free Wi Fi in the rooms.

The location of this place is great as it is right next to a beautiful waterfall and they also provide free on-site parking.

Very Clean and Peaceful Apartment.

There is no Iron, Coffee & Tea, Hair Dryer, no Housekeeping cleanup the room for new towel, cleanup the rubbish, do the bedding. No In-house phone and proper counter for reception/ front desk. Limited TV chanel. The Hot shower not very user friendly as when 1 person used for shower the other next person have to wait for about 10-20 minutes to get the heated water because it's no centralize and the water tank is very small.

i liked the space (4 rooms) of the apartment that enough for more than 10 peoples.

The Penthouse is very spacious and suitable for family trip

The ground floor lift is out of service, please Iris Apartment do something about it.

Basic Apartment with simple set up

For just 1 night stay, Lift were not working well. A person was required to use the stairs to lvl 1 in order to bring the lift to level G. With elderly parents and kids were very troblesome. at on time the lift was totally not working. Car park entrance didn't have entrance and exit sign which ould be dangerous when car comes in clashes with car going out

Location is just nice, not too far from town.

The service can be better, such as place the towel in my room instead of letting us carrying it when check in. The water heater cannot store enough hot water to let my family member especially female (usually take longer time in it) to shower, it turns to cold water in freezing night.

Paid RM 450 for a night with no or limited service, i would not prefer to stay or recommned this hotel to anyone else. Lift from Ground floor not was on service....u need to carry whole bunch of luggage to next level 1 then get a lift service.

Self service of need to carry your towels and return back at service desk. I would prefer to stay a 4 or 5 start hotel for such price.

It is an apartment suitable for small group of 4, 2 queen size bed. Have satellite TV of 10 channels but no WIFI. Next to SmokeHouse which has a nice garden when you drive past.

The floor is not clean, no towel, no toiletries, not even dustbin, i have no idea where to throw my rubbish. One toilet flush is not working. Check in is at IRIS Hotel which is located in brinchang, 2 km away from the actual IRIS apartment, then need to drive another 2km back to IRIS apartment. Waste petrol and time :(
